Living in Faith.

Living in fear is a great tool that the enemy has in gaining control over our lives. We live in fear of people, situations, money, etc. Fear is defined as a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid. FEAR = False Evidence Appearing Real. Satan has the capability of instilling fear into us so that our thoughts are centered around that which we fear instead of centered around the Lord. So that we will take flight and keep on running away from our problems, our lives. Fear is also defined as a great awe as our reverence should be toward God. The Bible commands us to fear the Lord Our God meaning we are to admire Him for what He is - all mighty and all powerful. For God is capable of everything and anything. (Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing. Psalm 34:8-10) God did not give us a spirit of fear or timidity but one of courage and strength. He wants us to have FAITH in Him. He wants us to stand still and see His deliverance. We are all human and fear at times - some of us more than others. We should not allow that fear to take over our lives. We need to stop running. We need to make a choice. So the next time we fear something we need to stand tall, look our fear straight in the eye and proclaim: "I Shall Not Fear!" "I have FAITH in my Lord Heavenly Father and know that He and He alone has my best interest at heart and He is in control of all facets of my life!" "I CHOOSE to BELIEVE in Lord Jesus Christ and to ALLOW HIM, not my fears, to GUIDE my life ." Do not give the enemy the pleasure of seeing you cower down and hide from life. Live Life! Give the enemy something to be fearful of. Let all the Glory and Honor be to you my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
